Tilapia En Papillote

Ingredients
4 six to eight oz. tilapia fillets
1 large red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 lemon, sliced
lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 stick butter or margarine
4 large squares parchment paper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Fold each square of parchment in half, then cut into large heart shape. With heart shape upside down and curved ends facing you, start layering ingredients on the right side of the heart. Lay down some of the peppers first, followed by two slices of lemon. Place two pats of butter next. Season fish with lemon pepper and place fish UPSIDE DOWN on top of other ingredients. Then, fold other side of 'heart' over the ingredient and start to fold. Start at corner and make overlapping folds to form a bag. Twist end at the top. Turn upside down on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. The bag should puff up. Serve in the bag, being cautious of steam being released when opening.
