Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 - 15 oz. can crushed pineapple (Sizes vary with brands)
1/2 to 3/4 Ib. bag cut up marshmallows
1/2 pint heavy cream (whipping cream) Whipped until stiff

Directions

Grind cranberries. Freezing berries makes it easier and less messy. Add sugar to berries and crushed pineapple. Let stand to drainfor 2 to 3 hours. Then add the marshmallows. Then fold in the whipped cream. Chill at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
